Varvara Kalashyan is responsible for all operational logistics, including eye screenings, Mobile Eye Hospital scheduling and activities, financial activities and administrative activities. She joined the AECP team in 2003 and has a Ph.D. degree in Comparative Linguistics from the Yerevan Institute of Foreign Languages.
Marina Aghavelyan is responsible for contributing to the implementation and monitoring of programs and missions, coordinating and assisting the organization of trainings and seminars, and supporting the Accounting department in HR-related activities. Tamar Minasyan is responsible for promoting AECP’s visibility and securing an accurate flow of information about the organization to the public. Tamar joined the AECP in 2015. She has a journalistic background and more than a decade of experience in public relations and management.
Araksya Isakhanova is responsible for providing assistance to different AECP programs and PR activities, including children’s eye care, the distribution of eyeglasses in Armenia, and preparation of public information materials. Araksya first joined the AECP in 2010 and came back to the organization in 2014.
Nairuhi Jrbashyan is responsible for designing and implementing the Project’s monitoring and evaluation system. She is also responsible for data collection, analysis and research activities. Nairuhi joined the AECP in 2006 and holds a Ph.D. in Economics. She is also Assistant Professor at the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Economy.
Rafael Gharibyan is responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services, managing vendors, dealing with customs issues, and securing proper operation of the Mobile Eye Hospital and Armenia office. Rafael joined the AECP in 2003 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the International Relations Institute after H. Lazaryan.
Anna Hovhannisyan is responsible for accounting and financial operations. Anna has been an AECP team member since 2007 and holds a Master’s Degree in Finances and Credit from the Armenian State University of Economics.
