On September 27, early in the morning, Azerbaijan launched violent attacks along the border of Artsakh and Azerbaijan targeting peaceful settlements including the capital of Stepanakert (source: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.) Yerevan strictly condemns the aggression of the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh.
Taking into consideration the priorities of the healthcare system in the country, the Armenian EyeCare Project has decided to postpone our International Conference for the remaining days of September 28, September 29 and September 30. We plan to restart these virtual sessions on October 23, hosting them prior to the second part of our International Conference dedicated to Neonatology and Pediatrics. We stand by our soldiers and the citizens of Artsakh and Armenia and pray for peace on our borders.
