The Armenian EyeCare Project operates with a traditional nonprofit structure, with offices in Armenia and the U.S. The office in Armenia, located in Yerevan, is responsible for executing the Project’s several eye care programs throughout the country. This includes managing medical education and training for physicians, nurses and other medical staff in Armenia and directing operational logistics for all programs. The office in the U.S., headquartered in Newport Beach, is responsible for administration, finance, marketing and fund development.
