David Keligian, chief financial officer, has dedicated many hours of invaluable legal and financial assistance to the EyeCare Project for 13 years. He was instrumental during the incorporation process and with other legal and financial requirements for a new nonprofit. A partner and tax attorney with Brown and Streza, Irvine, Keligian brings to the board expert qualifications in law, accounting and finance. He received his J.D. with Moot Court honors, his M.B.A. as a dean’s scholar, and his B.S. in accounting, magna cum laude — all from the University of Southern California.
A father of four — two girls and two boys — Keligian contributes his time to a number of community and Armenian activities. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Diocese Endowment Fund; the Board of Directors of the Orange County Armenian Professional Society; and a prior member and chairman of the Legal Committee of the Ararat Home of Los Angeles.
